Sandalwood oil has been a fundamental piece of Indian and Chinese civilizations for centuries because of its marvelous therapeutic properties. Ayurvedic science claims sandalwood oil is effective in treating both physical and mental issues, including uneasiness, bronchitis, looseness of the bowels, weakness, fever, gallbladder issues, hypertension, acid reflux, sleep deprivation, liver issues, sore throat, and urinary tract contaminations. On the contrary, inhaling the aroma of sandalwood oil or absorbing it through the skin is thought to transmit messages to parts of the brain involved in controlling emotions, known as the limbic system. Uses:

3) This can also be used in diffuser aromatherapy by adding few drops of oil in water. You can use it in an electric or candlelit diffuser.
